Pembury Parish Council own and manage 71 plots at their allotment site in Woodside Road. We currently have no vacancies, and have a waiting list for Pembury residents only.
Please download and complete our Allotment Request form and return by email to office@pemburyparishcouncil.gov.uk or post it to the Parish Council Office in the recreation ground.
We will keep your details on the waiting list on a first come first served basis. When a plot becomes available, we will get in touch.
Allotment rent – £45 full plot and £22.50 half plot for the period 1 November 2023 – 31 October 2024 plus a deposit of £50 which is refundable at the end of the tenancy if the plot is returned to the Council in a reasonable condition.
The rental year starts at the beginning of November to enable tenants to start making preparations for Spring planting.
