Built in 2000 on the site of the old British Legion Hall and opened in November of the same year, Pembury Village Hall is a bright, modern building located in the High Street, click here for map.

It comprises a large hall with a stage at one end, a fully-equipped kitchen, a smaller meeting room and separate ladies, gents and disabled toilets.

The car park and all areas of the building have level floor surfaces making access easy for wheelchair users.

 

Hall

The generous proportions of the hall make it an ideal location for parties, exhibitions, exercise classes and shows.  Regular hirers of the hall currently enjoy activities such as dancing (ballroom, ballet and tap), bowls, bridge, Tai Chi, keep-fit and amateur dramatics as well as a busy and vibrant weekly village market.  Adjacent to the hall is a large, fully equipped kitchen which is included in the cost of the hall hire.

Meeting Room

The meeting room offers a smaller, private function venue which comfortably seats up to 20 people and is ideal for business meetings, presentations and training courses.  There is a sink and work surface for preparing light refreshments.
