The Parish Council employs a Responsible Financial Officer (RFO) to oversee the financial management of the Council. The RFO ensures that the finances comply with the Council’s financial regulations and budget monitoring reports are submitted regularly to the Finance and HR Committee for review. All council finances are subject to regular internal audit by Members of the Finance & HR Committee and an Independent Internal Auditor is contracted to review the accounts twice a year and report to the External Auditor annually.
