Remembrance Day

Sadly, how we remember the fallen will be very different this year. Current guidelines on social distancing and large gatherings means that we are unable to hold our usual parade and service at the War Memorial.
There will be an Act of Remembrance by the War Memorial in Hastings Road from 10:50am on Sunday 8 November. Rev’d Richard Worrsam will hold a short service for invited guests only. The names of the Fallen will be read out and wreaths will be laid by representatives of the Pembury Community. Due to the current Covid-19 restrictions, we must encourage you to commemorate Remembrance at home this year.
